My channel is here with another video. In this video, Sam Xia explains what happens when you are in a state of fear and introduces practical tools on how to understand why you are in a fear state, how to divert your energy, and most importantly, prevent the things that you fear from happening.
We all experience fear at some point in our lives. It is a natural response mechanism designed to keep us safe and protect us from danger. To some extent, it can be quite useful at times as it motivates us to get out of a dangerous situation, make necessary life changes, and take action towards our goals.
But most of the fear that we carry around in our bodies, minds, and souls serves no life-saving or motivational purpose at all. As a result, fear can also paralyze and imprison people.
When fear controls your mind and becomes the driving force in your life, you end up living in a small world ruled by self-doubt, with unrealistic thought patterns and debilitating beliefs that are not confirmed by the outside world.
Dealing with all of this will prevent you from being happy, realizing your goals and living the life you want.
